An Introduction To The Team

Alu McCabe’s career in human resources and talent management reflects an unwavering dedication to excellence and a deep commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to excel. With more than two decades of experience, Alu’s influence extends beyond boundaries, leaving an enduring imprint on the HR and business development landscape.

In 1998, Alu commenced her professional journey in Canada as the Training Manager at Manpower Services Inc. in Niagara. Her career path then led her to the position of HR Centre Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, where she oversaw an international hub serving a diverse workforce of over 1200 employees from more than 60 different nationalities. Alu’s unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion not only heightened employee satisfaction but also more than doubled the HR Centre’s financial performance during her tenure.

In 2012, Alu returned to Ontario after a decade of gaining valuable international HR experience. Armed with professional designations, including a CHRE from the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) and PHRi and SPHRi certifications from the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI), as well as a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development, Alu has firmly established herself as a prominent advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), staff development, and workforce engagement.

Through her multifaceted roles and platforms, Alu remains an unwavering champion of the transformative potential of psychological contracts in the workplace and the fundamental principles of leadership development. Her career serves as a testament to the profound impact that an individual can have in shaping the future of organizations and the workforce.

Lani Lirio’s career in training and development reflects a lifelong passion for helping people grow, succeed, and build stronger connections in the workplace. With over two decades of experience in adult learning, corporate training, and professional development, her influence spans both education and business, locally and internationally.

Her journey began as a Grade 1 teacher in the Philippines before moving to Canada in 2006, where she built her career as a Training and Development Specialist. In 2019, she founded Bright Mango Consulting to address a common challenge she observed across industries—the absence of authentic, meaningful dialogue that prevents teams from reaching their full potential. Through her programs, she continues to spark dialogue, strengthen relationships, and empower people to succeed together.

What sets Lani apart is her genuine investment in client success. Her workshops and coaching sessions leave leaders and teams energized and equipped with practical strategies that create lasting workplace impact. Through her partnership with Trusted Time, clients benefit from a more holistic approach that combines HR strategy and people development, supporting organizations in aligning their structures with the growth of their people.

Stephanie McGaghey joined the Trusted Time team in 2022 as a Client Experience & Operations Lead, bringing a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and client relations.

Stephanie has quickly grown into a larger contributor, adding value to the Job Development and Design, Recruitment and Retention Training and Performance Management and Tracking services. At her core, Stephanie is passionate about helping people accomplish their goals. Whether streamlining documentation, improving processes, or supporting the team, she takes pride in making tasks easier and more effective for our clients. Her dedication to organization and problem-solving allows her to contribute meaningfully in all aspects of our clients business needs.

Stephanie enjoys learning new skills and finding ways to enhance productivity in the workplace. She also has a creative side and recently took up rug tufting as a new hobby.

 

Fleurdeliz Lundrigan serves as the HR Administrator & Document Specialist at Trusted Time, where she assists in creating contracts, policies, procedures, and other HR administrative tasks. She joined the company in April 2024 as an intern while completing her HR program and quickly stepped into a larger role on the team.

She brings strong attention to detail and a calm, collaborative approach to her work. Fleur supports clients and colleagues by maintaining confidentiality, ensuring clear documentation, and fostering a respectful, patient environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for her family, cleaning, and unwinding with her favorite Netflix shows. Fleur values humility, kindness, and the support she’s received throughout her career journey.
